When you use the contact form, Matthew Willis receives your name, email address, topic, and message to review and respond to your enquiry. These details are stored in the private website enquiry inbox and may also be delivered through the configured email provider.
The website removes enquiries older than 12 months when a new enquiry is submitted. Copies in the email mailbox are managed separately. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your message.
Essential session cookies protect form submissions and keep the owner signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are included in this website. Short-lived hashes of IP addresses help limit spam and sign-in attempts; web hosting providers may separately retain access logs.
